New York State Buyers

State and local agencies buy from CASO using several New York State contracts and programs.  Our scanning services are bought through NYSID under the State’s Preferred Source Program.  For content management software and archival storage, CASO is a sub-contractor on EMC’s contract.  CASO provides document scanners and support under Kodak’s contract.   We offer other Consulting Services on our own contract with the State. 

Preferred Source Purchasing – Scanning Services

State and local government agencies can receive all CASO Scanning Services through NYSID, the NYS Industries for the Disabled, under the State’s Preferred Source Program.Agency buyers benefit from this competitive, single source, skipping the time-consuming bidding process, while satisfying the government purchasers’ obligation to comply with the New York State Finance Law’s (Article 11, Section 162) mandatory requirement to purchase approved services provided by people with disabilities through NYSID.

NYSID workers with disabilities throughout the state gain productive jobs and wages, leading to reduced public assistance costs, as workers remain economically independent. CASO is grateful to serve as an employer within this program.
