2011 Region XIII Superintendents Meeting

March 9, 2011 - Austin, Texas:  CASO is pleased to host breakfast at the Region XIII Superintendents meeting! 

We will discuss the latest innovations for managing records electronically, using electronic forms, digital signatures and conversion of existing archived paper, microfilm and microfiche into a modern records management system.  This proven technology dramatically reduces costs, improves efficiency and empowers everyone to share vital information faster.  Buyers can use to our Texas State DIR contract.

Region XIII has a goal to achieve a high standard of excellence through leadership, responsiveness to client (district or school) needs, and quality products that improve student performance.  CASO will be introducing ways to help achieve these goals by adding innovative and affordable ways to go paperless in all areas including: student records, special education files, human resources and the business office.

Digitized records are infinitely easier to create, protect, preserve and share than paper and film.  Therefore, schools and districts that adopt these technologies will ultimately benefit all citizens long-term and provide the added benefit of going green!
